The new version of our logo design software is available. The update fixes a small problem which could happen during the export of a company logo as word template which could happen in combination with Microsoft Office 2007. Other export options (like Bitmap, screen saver, etc.) were not affected.

ReplyButler 3.00 – Answer e-mails automatically

The new version 3.00 of our Outlook text module software “ReplyButler” is out. And it include important new features. Cliptexts can now automatically be inserted when they’re relevant. This allows you to answer e-mails automatically.

This works great, especially for topics where certain works (e.g. error codes) always ask for a certain answer. All you have to do is to enable the “insert automatically” feature for the cliptext.

If you now reply to an e-mail that contains these words, ReplyButler will automatically:

Recognize the language
Write the greeting phrase with the right (first or last) name
Insert the text module in the right language.
Append the matching greeting phrase

So the e-mail was answered is ready to send even before you typed a single character.

Apart from that, the version now supports Outlook 2010 (32-bit) and has the “Send later” Option to send the mail on the next working day at 9:00 am.

Ready for Windows 7

I will take some more time until Windows 7 is published. Of course we couldn’t wait that long and tried the current beta version from Microsoft. The pleasing result: All our programs are already compatible with Windows 7.

New Outlook Sync version

We’ve just published a new version of our Outlook sync software Easy2Sync for Outlook. Version 2.06 is mostly a bugfix release, as the previous version didn’t always “see” e-mails that were moved to another folder. (Sorry about that.)

But the new version also improves the handling of team calendars. Now you can also decide to exclude the body of the calendar item from the team calendar to have private calendar items show up in the team calendar without disclosing their private details.

Outlook sync now with spam filter

We’ve just published the new version 2.05 of our Outlook synchronization software “Easy2Sync for Outlook”. The major new feature is the integrated spam filter.

It’s very fast and very easy to handle. Just install the new version and you’re done. The filter is already trained and will simply skip spam mails whenever you synchronizing. This speeds up the sync process as less e-mails have to be transferred and it preserves space in your Outlook PST files.

A new version of Easy2Sync for Files is out. The release 1.29 features a better recognition of renamed folders and a better handling of the same:

The recognition is safer
The scan doesn’t have to be restarted once a folder is renamed
The recognition can be automated
