When answering customer e-mails it’s often helpful to quote URLs for more information. To avoid typos, you can use ReplyButler’s text module engine to store them nicely in menus.

And now comes the interesting part: If your website is multi-language, you can store multiple URLs (pointing to the same page, but in different languages) in the same text module. It’s still just one text module. Just one item that you have to click on. But ReplyButler knows that there’s more than one URL and will use the URL that you have entered for the language that was used in the current e-mail.

Automatically.

And it include important new features. Cliptexts can now automatically be inserted when they’re relevant. This allows you to answer e-mails automatically.

This works great, especially for topics where certain works (e.g. error codes) always ask for a certain answer. All you have to do is to enable the “insert automatically” feature for the cliptext.

If you now reply to an e-mail that contains these words, ReplyButler will automatically:

Recognize the language

Write the greeting phrase with the right (first or last) name

Insert the text module in the right language.

Append the matching greeting phrase

So the e-mail was answered is ready to send even before you typed a single character.

Apart from that, the version now supports Outlook 2010 (32-bit) and has the “Send later” Option to send the mail on the next working day at 9:00 am.

More info about ReplyButler and the ready-made boilerplate texts for Outlook can be found here.

The new version of our Outlook synchronization software Easy2Sync for Outlook is out now. This time with quite a lot of improvements.

The biggest change is the completely reworked “synchronization overview” dialog. It now looks a lot nicer and shows much clearer which actions Easy2Sync suggests. (User of Easy2Sync for Files can look forward to the next update: They’ll get the same improvement.)

Furthermore the program is now compatible to Outlook 2010 (so far only 32 bit), it’s easier to install onto an USB stick and the logfile is easier to reach, too.

The update is free for all registered users. More info about the software can be found on the Outlook Sync homepage.

Die biggest and (from Easy2Sync perspective) almost historic change: You can now turn off the butterflies (Menu: View).

The program includes the butterflies since the very first release (even since the very first release of Easy2Sync for Files). Because of their symmetry, they were chosen as symbol of the synchronization. But if you want, you can now turn them off to get a “plain” user interface.

The new version 3.00 of 1-Click Duplicate Delete for Outlook is available. And most of all it’s:

Faster!

The increase in speed varies with hardware and data, we measured improvements between 2,5x and 9x faster. (In average of our test case 5,75x faster.)

And that with the great and secure duplicate recognition: We didn’t do it at the expense of security, no comparisons were skipped. So, you’ll get the same results as from the previous, award-winning versions. Just faster.

As always the update is free for registered customers. More information about the Outlook duplicate search tool can be found here.
