The new version once again includes a number of small improvements and some bugfixes. Now it’s easier than ever to use plentyMarkets data in the boilerplate text module. Simply select the desired data from the token menu (lightning icon). Done. Furthermore ReplyButler now auto-detects data from e-mail forms when replying and you can easily hide the sidebar’s library buttons. And when your text modules adds recipients/CC/BCC now the program avoids duplicates when insert them.

All the functions that you’re used to are now placed somewhere different. Even for the most simple functions you have to do a time-consuming search. Or use RibbonSearch. The most important: ReplyButler now supports both Outlook 2010 64 bit and the Click-To-Run installation mode.

Furthermore it now has a hot-key for the text phrase library dialog and the options hot-key now works everywhere (even in the Outlook main window). Plus some small improvements and bugfixes.

For users of plentyMarkets there are also new features and improvements: GLS is now recognized as package service and automatically linked in the info window to their tracking page. The orders are now shown in reverse order, starting with the latest one and the program now includes more text phrases.

The update fixes a small problem which could happen during the export of a company logo as word template which could happen in combination with Microsoft Office 2007. Other export options (like Bitmap, screen saver, etc.) were not affected.

It can help you synchronize your FileZilla (an FTP client) configuration between several computers.

Here’s how to use this feature:

  1. Install Easy2Sync for Files (Freeware Edition is enough for this)
  2. Create a new task
  3. For the data source use the drop down box (black triangle on the right) and select FileZilla
  4. Repeat for the second data storage.

That’s all.

  • A search function in the choose-icon-dialog makes it easier to find the right icon for a text module.
  • Each text module can now have a comment.
  • ReplyButler can remember which text module was already used for which customer and warn you if you send the same text module to the same customer again.

The biggest one  is the support for the plentyMarkets shop system. If you’re running such a shop, you’ll see immediately the key data for each e-mail: customer number, address, order number, status and package number.

The text modules can also use the shop system’s data. Such a text module might for example automatically include the package number of the customer’s most recent order. If that’s not enough there’s a hotkey to bring you from the e-mail or e-mail list to the customer page in your shop administration.

Furthermore the text modules can now include images and add new recipients to the e-mail.

And if you’re using a different CRM / shop system, you can configure the mentioned features yourself manually.

While the previous version only had a “half” support for Outlook 2010, this release completely supports the new Microsoft Outlook version. Including the 64 bit mode. This works completely automatically, the user doesn’t have to do anything special. Even the combination of the 64 bit mode with other / older 32 bit Outlook versions is supported.
