A new release of the text automation utility ReplyButler is now available. It fixes a problem with the default settings for the name recognition, improves the language recognition and improves the name recognition in some special cases.
ReplyButler is a great tool for everybody who writes a lot of e-mails and looks for an clipboard shortcut program that’s specialized on e-mails.

Yes, it’s release time. Now it’s the turn of Easy2Sync for Outlook.
There are quite a few changes this time, like UI improvents, a second trigger folder, a new task type and enhanced Vista compatibility.
Changing the help system is a big thing, and, well, we missed one thing in the last release. The help was complete, but the F1 hotkey didn’t bring up the right context page for THAT dialog. It’s fixed now, you can find the update here:

Yes, a new Butler is here. No new features this time, but some minor improvements and bug fixes. No big thing, but worth the update. Get it here.
Yes, version 1.06 is out. Since the software just works nicely, there was little to fix / improve. We now use a different internal method for the icons on the toolbar. You won’t notice that of course, unless you have one of the very few PCs where it didn’t work before… 😉

Version 1.25 is out. We’ve been busy during the last month, including lots of detail improvements. Probably the most interesting one is the new Linguatec translation engine:
If you have a text module in one language, simply click on the “new” button and pick a language to let the Linguatec website translate your text module. Great for everyone who does support work in multiple languages.

The new version 1.04 of 1-Click Duplicate Delete for Outlook is out, you can download it here. Among other (smaller) things, the new version has some improvements on recognizing duplicates. Some duplicates, that weren’t recognized before, now get removed, like duplicates created bei OlTrans and contacts where the Dr. Title is different.
A new version of ReplyButler is out, and it makes the organization of your text modules much easier. Since many version the program did already include icons you could assign to your text modules. Now, these icons are much better organized, into nicer groups. Like all time-related icons next to each other.

It’s not really a topic for my Sync blog, buy hey, it’s weekend. And I’ve release a new Version of GoogleEarthTweaker. It’s a highly specilized program for Geocachers and allows you to mark your foudn caches in GoogleEarth by converting GPX files. Looks like this:

Synchronizing 2 Outlook installations can be tricky, but it just got easier. A new version of Easy2Sync for Outlook is out. Since the program already has a huge feature list, the changes are mostly details, like more intuitive error messages in several special cases.

You can use Easy2Sync for Outlook to synchronize normal PST files or Exchange Accounts (even “Public folders”). The image shows some of the filter options that are supported, like for example categories.
