The new version 3.16 of our Outlook tool to delete duplicates, 1-Click Duplicate Delete for Outlook, is now available. The update supports now (in advanced mode) the recognition of calendar duplicates that have a small time offset.

Furthermore the duplicate recognition was improved for contacts, newsletters, attachments and special characters and a problem with removing duplicates under Exchange was fixed.

The new version 5 of our Outlook Sync software Easy2Sync for Outlook is now available. Just like our file sync tool it now also features a modernized user interface. And below the surface there are also a number of improvements. For example it’s now much easier to synchronize folders that have different names, for example because of 2 different Outlook language versions.

The new version 3.15 of our software 1-Click Duplicate Delete for Outlook is now available. The update improves the recognition for some contacts, appointment series and is faster when scanning on an Exchange server.

The new version 4.13 of our boilerplate text for Outlook software ReplyButler is now online. The update includes smaller improvements and bug fixes. The greeting phrase can now be generated from plentyMarkets data and attachments can be dragged+dropped into the clip text properties dialog.

We have a new program here at ITSTH: The idea is interesting and simple at the same time, at least for Outlook users. You can hide unwanted folders.

Outlook contains many folders that not everybody needs. RSS-Feeds, Spam-Folders, etc. Especially when you’re using several PST-files, you’ll have a lot of folder-junk in the Outlook folder tree. It’s not possible to delete these folders, nor can you move them. But now you can hide them.

Using the software is simple: Start it, click on the folders, apply, done.

The new version 4.07 of our Outlook-sync-software Easy2Sync for Outlook is now online. The software is now able to monitor pst files and Exchange accounts for changes and automatically start a sync. Furthermore the update includes a number of smaller improvements and bugfixes.

The new version 3.14 of our software to remove duplicates from Outlook is now available. The update introduces several smaller improvements, like a reduced memory use when searching and an improved recognition of similar e-mails.

The new version 4.12 of our text modules software ReplyButler for Outlook is now available. The update brings some smaller changes: We adjusted the links to the plentyMarkets shop system according to their update, the exceptions dialog is now larger and some smaller problems were fixed.

The new version 4.11 of our software ReplyButler is now available. The new version fixes a few bugs and allows you to use text modules in Outlook tasks. We’ve also introduced a completely new feature: The program can now automatically delay e-mails for 10 minutes if a (configurable) text indicates that you’re referring to a (current pending) upload, for example because you’ve included a link to a special server.

Don’t fear the 13! The new version 3.13 of 1-Click Duplicate Delete for Outlook has some detail improvements. We improved the recognition of duplicate newsletters. Furthermore we fixed a problem regarding duplicate notes and a problem that could happen in rare cases when starting Outlook.

Several programs exist to speak an e-mail instead of typing it. One common problem however is the addressing phrase: The voice recognition programs often can’t recognize names properly (especially last names).

If don’t want to skip the greeting phrase (which would be impolite), ReplyButler can help you (the Home Edition is sufficient for this case). When answering an e-mail, the program automatically inserts the greeting phrase (with the correct name, gender, even title if required). You just have to dictate the actual e-mail.

The new version 3.12 of our duplicate removal tool for Outlook „1-Click Duplicate Delete for Outlook“ is now available. Once again there a several smaller improvements. New users are now supported with a tutorial, the program can now handle swapped names even better and a bug regarding the folder selection in advanced mode was fixed.

We’ve just published the new version 4.10 of our text modules software ReplyButler for Outlook. The new release allows you to use the Outlook 2010 “Social Pane” while using ReplyButler. So far this was a problem, but that’s now resolved.

Furthermore the new release fixes a problem with the attachment-forgotten-warning. If you were connected with an Exchange server, you might have seen this warning even though you didn’t forget the attachment.

A quick update for Easy2Sync for Outlook because the previous release could cause Easy2Sync to crash right at the start, if Outlook 2010 64-bit was used.
