The new version 3.14 of our software to remove duplicates from Outlook is now available. The update introduces several smaller improvements, like a reduced memory use when searching and an improved recognition of similar e-mails.

It is now almost exactly 10 years since we released the first version of Easy2Sync. Since then, much has happened with every update and there were lots of new features and improvements. Thus it is finally time to time to dare to step to version 2.00.
We have reworked the look of the program (again) and made it look more modern. In addition, there are numerous other improvements such as improved wizards and improved reaction speed in sync dialogue.

The new version 1.08 of our software 1-Click Duplicate Delete for Files is now available. The update fixes a problem with the version preselection using user-defined folder names.

The new version 4.12 of our text modules software ReplyButler for Outlook is now available. The update brings some smaller changes: We adjusted the links to the plentyMarkets shop system according to their update, the exceptions dialog is now larger and some smaller problems were fixed.

We have published version 1.11 of our software TheBest Minimize to Tray. The update fixes a possible crash that could happen while adding an exception.

The new version 1.10 of our software TheBest minimize to tray is now available. It fixes some minor issues and now includes the new “Clear desktop†wizard which is automatically shown during the first start. This wizard makes it even easier to minimize selected programs automatically when they’re not used for a certain time.

The new version 4.11 of our software ReplyButler is now available. The new version fixes a few bugs and allows you to use text modules in Outlook tasks. We’ve also introduced a completely new feature: The program can now automatically delay e-mails for 10 minutes if a (configurable) text indicates that you’re referring to a (current pending) upload, for example because you’ve included a link to a special server.

Don’t fear the 13! The new version 3.13 of 1-Click Duplicate Delete for Outlook has some detail improvements. We improved the recognition of duplicate newsletters. Furthermore we fixed a problem regarding duplicate notes and a problem that could happen in rare cases when starting Outlook.

A minor update of our autocorrection software ZeroClick Spellchecker. The new version 1.04 allows you to configure the hotkeys for the undo and to turn the software on and off. Furthermore you can now configure the length of the time window for the undo function.

The new version 1.43 of our file-sync-software “Easy2Sync for Files” is now available. The update includes several detail improvements and new features.
Easy2Sync for Files now includes a new copy mode for so-called “incremental backups” where every day the changed files are saved. Furthermore in includes a reworked file dialog (with new filters) and it’s now easier to reach sub-dialogs that a configured via checkboxes.

Several programs exist to speak an e-mail instead of typing it. One common problem however is the addressing phrase: The voice recognition programs often can’t recognize names properly (especially last names).
If don’t want to skip the greeting phrase (which would be impolite), ReplyButler can help you (the Home Edition is sufficient for this case). When answering an e-mail, the program automatically inserts the greeting phrase (with the correct name, gender, even title if required). You just have to dictate the actual e-mail.

New users are now supported with a tutorial, the program can now handle swapped names even better and a bug regarding the folder selection in advanced mode was fixed.

The new version 1.03 of our auto-correction software “ZeroClick Spellchecker” is now available. The program now looks nicer, is compatible to third-party text module software and recognizes when you’re editing HTML documents.

A small update for our logo design software. Apart from some smaller changes it’s now possible to open .CompanyLogo files simply by double-clicking them.

We’ve just published the new version 1.02 of our auto-correction software ZeroClick Spellchecker. The new version features an improved recognition of typos (and of URLs which shouldn’t be changed) and fixes a bug which could cause an “incorrect correction” in 1% of the cases.
