We’ve just published the new version 4.10 of our text modules software ReplyButler for Outlook. The new release allows you to use the Outlook 2010 “Social Pane” while using ReplyButler. So far this was a problem, but that’s now resolved.

Furthermore the new release fixes a problem with the attachment-forgotten-warning. If you were connected with an Exchange server, you might have seen this warning even though you didn’t forget the attachment.

The new version 3.11 of our software 1-click duplicate delete for Outlook is now available. If contains a number of detail improvements. It’s a bit faster, it has better help texts and handles contacts with incorrectly entered first / last names even better.

A quick update for Easy2Sync for Outlook because the previous release could cause Easy2Sync to crash right at the start, if Outlook 2010 64-bit was used.

Our auto-correction software ZeroClick Spellchecker has just received its first update. We improved the looks of the user interface and the correction quality. Due to the new algorithms and dictionaries the program can now correct even better.

The new version 4.09 of ReplyButler is available. Apart from some minor corrections the internal structure was modernized to stop some problems (like the wrong mail icon) from occurring. Furthermore the name recognition was improved for merchants that receive mails from Amazon Marketplace.

The new version 4.05 of Easy2Sync for Outlook is available. Once again with a number of detail improvements, for example for team calendars, the deleting of folders and the user interface (for sub-dialogs).

Correction of "mistke".

The last update of the year: The new version 4.08 of our Outlook text module software ReplyButler is available. It fixes several minor bugs with the name recognition / inserting and for the use of text modules.

Today, we’re also releasing a the version 3.09 of 1-Click Duplicate Delete for Outlook. The new release brings an improved duplicate recognition in many special cases, like contacts with swapped first/last names.

The new version 4.04 of our Outlook sync software is available. The update fixes a bug in the current Avira scanner. More information about the program can be found on the outlook sync page.

(Or you can solve the problem by uninstalling Avira. Microsoft Security Essentials, for example, is free for private use.

If you’re using the Avira anti-virus scanner, you might have seen error messages in our programs. They’re caused by a bug in Avira. Since Avira doesn’t release the bugfix this week (maybe next week?), we’re publishing a work-around. You can simply download the Easy2Sync update from the program page.

Or you could simply use Microsoft Security Essentials instead of Avira. (Free for private use) Fixes the problem, too. 😉

The new version 1.41 of Easy2Sync for Files is now available and brings several smaller bugfixes and improvements. For example it’s now possible to do an automatic sync every 30 days or at the 11th of each month. And Easy2Sync’s speed has been improved for very complex tasks.

The new version 4.03 of Easy2Sync for Outlook is available and features a number of detail improvements and bugfixes. For example it’s now possible to choose the opening or closing of Outlook as trigger for a sync. Furthermore Easy2Sync is now much faster when watching if a certain drive becomes available.

The new ReplyButler version is now available. We’ve redone the options and moved the text module administration into the options. Furthermore you’ll now get an automatic greeting phrase for new mails as soon as you entered the recipient. Useful for shop-owners: Togehter with plentyMarkets you can now see information about E-Bay order mails.
